This section applies to OpenAI plugins developed or published by Achieva Tech Incorporated (“Achieva Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and made available through ChatGPT, Codex, or another OpenAI service.
Plugin Data Handling
Unless a plugin’s directory listing or an updated version of this policy states otherwise, Achieva Tech’s skills-only OpenAI plugins:
- Do not require users to create an Achieva Tech account.
- Do not connect to an Achieva Tech server or external database.
- Do not independently receive, collect, or store users’ conversations, prompts, uploaded files, or plugin-generated responses.
- Do not request passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card information, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other restricted information.
- Do not sell or use plugin interactions for advertising or independent user profiling.
Users interact with these plugins through an OpenAI service. OpenAI processes those interactions according to the terms, privacy policies, and data controls applicable to the user’s OpenAI account. Achieva Tech does not control OpenAI’s independent processing or retention of information.
If Achieva Tech introduces a plugin that connects to an external service, stores user information, performs external actions, or requires authentication, we will update this policy and the applicable plugin listing before making that functionality publicly available.
Support Information
Users may voluntarily contact Achieva Tech for plugin support through our website. We may receive the user’s name, email address, message, and any information the user chooses to include.
Support information is used only to:
- Respond to questions and support requests.
- Diagnose reported problems.
- Maintain the safety and reliability of our plugins.
- Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Terms of Use for OpenAI Plugins
Acceptance
By installing, enabling, or using an OpenAI plugin published by Achieva Tech, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the applicable terms and policies of the OpenAI service through which the plugin is provided.

Permitted Use

- Avoid attempting to bypass safeguards, extract protected instructions, disrupt the service, or use a plugin to harm another person.
The plugins are not designed for or marketed to children under 13.
AI-Generated Information
Plugin responses are generated with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Outputs should be treated as assistance rather than guaranteed facts or outcomes.
Users remain responsible for evaluating responses and making their own decisions. Plugin outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, accessibility, or other regulated professional advice.

OpenAI services are operated independently by OpenAI and are governed by OpenAI’s own terms and policies. Achieva Tech is not responsible for OpenAI’s availability, models, account administration, billing, data processing, or service changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Achieva Tech’s OpenAI plugins are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Achieva Tech Incorporated and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance on an OpenAI plugin.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to reflect legal, operational, or plugin changes. The effective date shown on this page will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
